Returning Your Purchase
We want you to love everything you purchase from Chamomel. We'll always do our best to take care of our women and to make sure you are satisfied with our products .
We accept all unused, unworn merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Hijabs opened from their original packaging and all hijab accessories are non-refundable and will not be accepted for a return, refund or store credit.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.
We cannot accept items for a refund outside of the 30 day return period. Any items received by mail outside of the 30 day return period will be charged a 50% late fee from the value of the items returned.
Items must be received in their original, resellable condition with the original tags attached. If any returned items are received worn, stained, altered or damaged you will not be eligible for a refund and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment
Refunds: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
We guarantee our merchandise to be in perfect condition and free of any manufacturing defects and will accept any defective or damaged item for a full refund. In the rare occasion an item you received is defective kindly send us an email with photos of the defective item prior to sending it back to us for a full refund.
